CWLSFA Player Conduct Agreement - Agreement 3 of 3
- I will abide by the General Policies and League Rules of CWLSFA.
- I will learn the rules of football which we play by.
- I understand that football is a TEAM sport. It is my responsibility to be a contributing/responsible team member by:
- Attending all practices and arriving on time.
- Doing well in school academically.
- Giving 100% and participating to the best of my ability during the game and practice.
- Showing loyalty and dedication to my team.
- Understanding that every position and every play is important to the success of the team.
- I will be responsible for the football equipment issued to me.
- I will always bring all my football equipment to practice unless instructed otherwise by the Head Coach.
- I will not talk to my parents during practices or games.
- I will not fool around and I will avoid all unnecessary dangerous/unsafe behavior at practices and games.
- I will respect the Officials and their authority during the games and I will not argue with the officials no matter what the call is. The Coaches will handle all matters pertaining to officiating.
- I will show respect for my Coaches, Teammates, Officials, Opponents and Myself at all times.
- I will not engage in any kind of Unsportsmanlike Conduct with any Official, Coach, Player, Spectator or Parent; such as booing, taunting, and refusing to shake hands.
- I will not swear or use abusive language or obscene gestures.
- I will refrain from fighting. Fighting will not be tolerated.
- I understand that if I fail to abide by this agreement, I will be subject to disciplinary action that could include, but is not limited to the following:
- 1st Offense - Verbal Warning - Issued by the Head Coach.
- 2nd Offense - Written Warning followed by a Suspension - Issued by the Executive Board.
- 3rd Offense - Written Warning followed by a Season Suspension or Expulsion from the League - Issued by the Executive Board.
